Could not agree more - the same goes for the wonderful Kemp Town bookshop. I've phoned them in the afternoon, ordered a book and they rang to say it was ready the next day. And it's just such a lovely place to browse in too. (Disclaimer - I have no connection other than a satisfied customer of many years that I miss now I've left Brighton)
