Hi Richard

Assuming you have a MacMini with just a DVI port, try a DVI to HDMI cable

HDMI is essentially DVI for video with digital audio over the same cable. 
You'll need a separate audio cable to go from the Audio Out port of the Mini to 
the Audio In port on the TV. The sound will be analog so not as good as the 
HDMI audio, but still more than adequate for everyday viewing.
