Dear all I'm using Dave Allen's GTD and would like to smarten up my email use.
Is there any way I can add a Mail Rule, so that when I send an email that I need to ensure I don't forget to chase, that it moves said email to my Waiting For Reply folder? I currently do this manually, dragging the note from Sent to Waiting For Reply. I've played with the Rules, but it only seems to work with incoming messages - so I guess I'd need to cc myself into every such Note and then have it filter those. Trouble is it then does the same to everything else that comes in that I'm in the cc address for!! Any tips please folks? I'd have thought there's a sensible way to do this?
