Hi Virginia, You've probably found the answer you're looking for by now but if you want absolute simplicity I wanted to share a site I love - MailVu http://mailvu.com/ You can send up to a 10 minute recording to any e-mail(s) plus a message. It is simplicity itself and free. The video quality is not brilliant but it's fantastic for quick easy family messages if the other side only have e-mail (not Mac users). Cheers Tilly
