Hi
I'm trying to print from my Mac using an old Canon Pixma ip4200 printer
but the document won't print and is instead
in a queue. If I ask to resume printing I keep getting the error message
'job #107 is not held'. I have deleted any other docs in the queue. I
need to print urgently - can anyone advise please?
