Thanks again S - guess I could have found these out myself. I haven't 
downloaded any of these items. I'm in contact at last with the WD help people 
(although it seems that they are several light years distant and not in easy 
conversational reach!) If I find out more I'll put it on the SMUG site to help 
others...
