ah, the apple keyboard is hopeless. You can't turn it off fully so it randomly comes on in your bag and starts spewing text in whatever it opens randomly...!
Thanks for all these. It's the keyboard-control email app that's really the elusive thing (Mail has a small number now, I guess I just have to wait a few years...)
