Thanks Sam I did as instructed, but absolutely nothing appears there relating to Mail at all.
Any other ideas. I can work round it, as I draft the message and then enter the Group. But it's odd to me that when I 'Expand Group', then type the message, the lag goes. Could it be SSD related? It never used to be like this previously, but the HD change might be a mere coincidence. And the reboot option doesn't fix it either!?!
