You've lost me. Import a pdf into what application exactly? Pages?
I can convert a pdf to a Word document for you if this is a one-off (get
me off list).

I have a ready-made, opiate niave syringe driver drug chart, with form
-fill felds for patient details. I'm not expecting to be able to
autopopulate a pdf, but it would be nice to be able to access it
through the documents tab.
