There's actually very little you can do to mitigate this. Bash is built into
every unix-based OS there is so until there's a patch released, there are a lot
of vulnerable devices out there. Anything running Linux (including Android), OS
X, ironically anything except Windows could potentially be affected but only if
access is available over the internet.
Over your standard broadband connection your router would block any remote
access commands, so most people generally are safe.
