Morning Smuggers

Over the last few weeks I’ve been receiving an error message around once a week 
that Safari cannot be opened whilst it is being updated.

I’ve only been able to overcome this by closing and restarting.

Any ideas gratefully received!

(iMac Retina 27inch late  2014; OS 10.10.5, I also have a MacBook Pro with El 
Capitan installed, could that create a conflict via wi-fi or something?)
