Hi Adam,

I don’t use Word but my understanding is that to execute/run Word macros you 
would need the document to be opened in Microsoft Word. You said that it was a 
.docm document that opened in Pages - that would imply that you don’t have Word 
on your Mac. Pages does not have any macros at all so it definitely can’t run 
Word macros so there should be no need for concern.

Anyone who knows .docx/Word/Pages better than I may have something else to add.
