aha, see, Sam agrees! Sam, any suggestions for a *good* router? I'm on Virgin which is working ok (only via the guest networks for some reason but it works0 but will be moving at some point - i think we then have Sky or BT (sigh) and I do not plan to have the endless woes I always got with BT again (I left them partly because of their crap routers). Rather than spend hours messing around, I will just buy a decent one and use whatever we're given as a modem.
