With only 2 USB C /TB 3 ports on my iMac which I'm using for external ssd's I want to use a second monitor with my iMac. I think I need to use one of the TB ports with an adapter to connect via an HDMI lead to connect to the monitor. I've been looking at the various Thunderbolt expansion docks. Question is, which Thunderbolt Dock would you recommend? I'm getting confused as the docks i.e OWC or Caldigit appear to be aimed at laptops. Is there a better one for an iMac?
