In case it's helpful, if this is just a QR code, I used to take a
screenshot and use that, and it worked. If it doesn't (as sometimes
happens), having the original ticket available might be useful though.
(I'm not entirely sure what the 'original ticket' *is* these days but
Chiltern give you a pdf by email as well as a Wallet item)
