messages up to 6:30, it could have started earlier though…although 6:30
am here is about 3:30 there isn’t it?

As you
could notice, the list was down from about 6:30am. An upgrade was in
progress and it failed, messing up the configuration. You may get
doubles, and you may get late mail. The system is back up, but is
sluggish.
