I dont
even know when or where Virginia has their state fair at. I always hear about
the WV state fair though. Although havent even been to it since I was a freshman
in high school.....maybe 8th grade. Cant remember. I just know New Kids on the
Block were in concert and a friend took me with her.
This one is the state fair,
so should be pretty big. But still....

Thats the way our county fair is. You pay to park, you pay to get in,
then you have to pay for rides and anything else that is going on and
honestly its not that great of a fair in the first place. I like our
Mountain Festival.....you get the rides and stuff but dont have to pay for
anything else other than your rides.
Here's one for you, they were
just talking about the Arkansas State Fair in Little Rock which is about
to start. $5 to park, $6 per adult, and $4 for kids. You
realize if you were married with 2 kids, that would be $25 just to get in
without having rode the first ride? Unreal......
They were advertiseing a "free
night" where from 6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. one night, you get in and park
free...but still have to pay for the rides. Not a bad deal, but
suppose that means you still have to pay extra for the rides the
other nights...that's usually the case at most places like that. But $25
and not having rode the first ride, seems a tad steep no? And that's
saying you only had two kids....lol
