If you love the taste of "brick-oven" cooked pizzas, you
can get the same effect easily. Go to a home improvement store and buy enough unglazed ceramic tiles to line the bottom of your oven. Cook your pizzas right on top of the tiles. No need to remove the tiles if you don't want, they will help your oven distribute heat more evenly when using it. To clean the tiles, just rinse with hot water, no soap... Greg Hopper
