My doc says alternate. He says that both will
work, but sometimes one works and the other doesn't. Then for no reason it
will work the other way the next time.

to wait on my mom to get here with a heating pad, even though everything I've
read has said to use ice on a back and not heat, but the heat feels so much
better. Besides I figure it can't hurt to try. But while I'm waiting for her I'm
trying to sit up for a little while. I'm gonna go stir crazy in bed
today.

Get this, state law says that election workers have to have a training in between elections, but I took my training in September, we had an election in October, and another in November. I seem to have hurt my back pretty badly (easily done since a car accident a few years ago) and I can only sit up for a few minutes at a time. I'm about to take another couple muscle relaxers and go back to bed. Just make me lots of mail to give me something to do when I'm actually allowed up out of bed for more than 20 minutes.
