City inspectors found that the mold condition in Bianca Jagger's Park Avenue apartment is "immediately hazardous" to human health, and that there's a ton of it - 120 square feet in just one room.

"It's unconscionable and it should be illegal," Jagger - the ex-wife of Rolling Stone Mick Jagger - said of the conditions inside her $4,600-a-month Midtown apartment. The wild-child-turned-human-rights-activist spoke out about the spores after a hearing in Manhattan Housing Court, where she's getting sued for having not paid rent since April.

Bradley Silverbush, the lawyer for landlord Katz Park Avenue, accused Bianca - who coughed throughout the hearing and afterward - of having blown the problem out of proportion in an attempt to get her rent reduced.

"This is not about risk. This is about money," Silverbush told Judge Inez Hoyos.

Jagger lawyer Steven Wagner said inspectors from the city Department of Housing Preservation and Development went to Jagger's apartment on Oct. 17, and found three "C" violations, which are considered "immediately hazardous."

Carol Abrams, a spokeswoman for HPD, said they found eight violations in all, including four "B" violations, which are for a "hazardous" condition.

Jagger - who's filed a separate $20 million suit against the building because of her poor health from the mold - came to court with pictures of her apartment which showed one ceiling entirely covered in gunk, and mold lining her walls.

The condition is so bad she's moved out of her apartment and into a hotel, but she said she still has to go back from time to time.
