Toilet Seat Debate Solved!

The age-old battle between guys and gals of whether the toilet seat should be left up or down has been solved? Senlund Corp. of Canada has designed a toilet seat that automatically closes itself about two minutes after being flushed.

Aptly named the "Considerate Seat", the seat has been greeted with crys of "It's about time" from the female audience. But even males have been heard to say, "Is that ever a neat gizmo!"
The secret to the "Considerate Seat" is the patented HydraGlide automatic closing system. The inconspicuous closer is integrated into the hinge mechanism. the seat remains upright for approximately two minutes before graceful hydraulic motion begins to gently lower the seat. At any time you can stop the lowering seat, lower it yourself, or put it back up with no harm to the closer.

The "Considerate Seat" installs like a standard seat, has no batteries, uses no electricity and no extra plumbing is needed!
