See, the suspension may have been acceptable. Or some other school punishment and/or parental punishment. Calling it assault is ridiculous. Charging him with assault is ridiculous. He gave her a hickey. From the report she was a willing participant.
yes i do agree that a school and/or parental punishment is in order, but not an assault charge. sheesh.
