PS :) If it was in Time, you have to consider the source. Time is full left wing/socialist in its editorial bent so it would inherently be in favor of a socialist program.
Time, Newsweek it was definately a political magazine. And if the model is succssful in a struggling nation, why wouldn't work in a developed nation?
