Ok, here is the deal.  This *may* affect huggy too, so pay 'tention.

These tests you all have been forced to endure have proven a theory.

Let me give the results before I give the conclusion so it makes sense.

1)  Logged in on my local bellsouth broadband connection I can send and receive mail from [EMAIL PROTECTED] using sandboxmail.net servers.
2)  Logged into my local number for dial up AOL I can send and receive mail from [EMAIL PROTECTED] using sandboxmail.net servers.
3)  Logged into a Hot Springs AK number for dial up AOL I can receive mail from [EMAIL PROTECTED] using the sandboxmail.net servers.  I cannot send mail using those servers, or the sea-shell.net, the-sandbox.org, or claimthevictory.org servers.

This leads me to believe that Greg's *LOCAL* aol phone bank has some sort of block that is either
a) delaying mail sent from outside servers or
b) discarding mail sent from outside servers or
c) both of the above without consistency.

The test does conclude for me that Greg's problems with sending and receiving list mail reside wholly with AOL.

Since earlier in the day Greg was able to send mail through the sandbox servers, it is possible this is a temporary condition at AOL.
