Hilary Duff was by far the hottest teen to hit TV, film, and music this year. The star of Disney's hit series, "Lizzie McGuire," Hilary's successes went way beyond the tube. She had two hits on the big screen--"The Lizzie McGuire Movie" and "Agent Cody Banks" with Frankie Muniz. In addition, Hilary performed on the "Lizzie" soundtrack, which quickly went platinum, spurring her interest in a recording career. Although she said goodbye to her "Lizzie" role and parted ways with Disney television, she went on to sign a lucrative deal with Disney's record label. Her debut album, "Metamorphosis," charted at No. 1. She has four more movies on tap for 2004, including "A Cinderella Story" and "Cheaper by the Dozen" with Steve Martin. She also earned a Teen Choice Award for breakout movie actress. Pretty good for someone who just turned sweet 16 this year.
