This may sound bad, but it depends. If the person was really trying to do something unconscionable or unfair, I would just want out to the best advantage I could get. If it was just a matter of different strokes for different folks, I would probably be concerned about the friendship, although since I'm not really a good actress, I probably wouldn't be able to pretend to be OK if I wasn't, and the friendship would probably dissolve as the partnership did.
