Dear Renee,

Your story is a bit unbelievable. Just where are you getting asked out on these dates?
The bar? You need to do a thorough background check on anybody who asks you
out at a bar. I hardly think the married men at church have been bothering you much.
Isn't there any single men there? OBTW. You handled the married guy just fine.

DEAR HARRIETTE: I am single woman in my 30s. I constantly find that when I'm asked out on dates the guys end up being married. I don't date married men and don't understand why they continue to try to date me. I am an honest, Christian woman and really want to find a partner -- not share somebody else's husband. The last time I was out on a date with a man, he mentioned his wife and I got up from the table and walked out. When he called me later trying to explain the arrangement that he and his wife of 15 years have, I hung up. Is there any other way of handling this? -- Renee, Pittsburgh, Pa.
