As it turns out the address you posted from appears to be registered.


A registered email address is not required for submitting spam since spam submissions are generally reviewed without a specific rule-base target in mind. This is a security measure that helps prevent some potential abuse.

If you have been submitting your spam and you find that some of it is consistently getting through then it is possible we are unable to add rules for that spam to the core rulebase. (We may also want to tune your rule-base in other ways.)

If you have a chronic problem like this we can usually add a localized black rule to your system. If you would like us to do this then please send us a note at our support@ address to make the request.

Our core rule-base contains black rules that work for all of our customers (generally) and so there are some limits we must follow. However, you may request any rules you would like for your registered rulebase.
