LOL, for the entire period of 5+ years that I've had a service agreement for IMail, I've called or emailed for specific tech/bug/trouble issues maybe five times at most. At least one of the email questions never got a response. I have contacted them for downloading full installs for version updates, but that's a customer service function, not a tech support function.
