One thing we can definitely do for you if you are on the latest software is to adjust your rulebase. I've noted that your rulebase is set on the default rule strength threshold (1.0). We can go as far as (0.1) with this if you are running a persistent instance. Spammers are getting very aggressively diverse with their attacks lately and so there is an increasing number of rules that tend to remain below 1.0.
