Related to the subject... The problem we are having with Yahoo users is Password retrieval. They ask for it on our system.. We send them the password & they think it is not sent.. So we are now seeing 5 or 6 requests for the same password .. I am sure they are going to get it all at once.. Of course they think it is our fault.. After all how can it be Yahoo's fault.
We have also had people make payments multiple times (don't ask me why) when they don't get their receipts..
