Hello David,
We can't really add rules for bank names without causing false positives. Even if the bank doesn't usually send out mail people do talk with each other about their banks and activity with them.

We consistently get Australian banks phising junk emails that sortmonster doesn’t seem to pickup can you add the following banks to your rules as banks very rarely send out emails.
