Hi Don,

I do not know why it is not working with your repository proxy. Nevertheless,
I will simplify the dependencies for the next release, so that it will work 
even in your case out-of-the-box.
Doing that requires some restructuring of the AGENT++ internal packages but 
that should be worth it.
