Accessing SOAPContext upon object construction

Hi:

I tried putting the extra parameter to access the SOAPContext but it isnt
working. Is there a workaround or am i missing something?

Here's an example of what im trying to achieve

public class MyClass{

        public MyClass(SOAPContext context){
          ....
        }

}
