I really don't know how the debug version gets distributed.  Can you go to
the IBM alpha works http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/tech/webservicestoolkit
this should have the non debug version.  After instal, you should find the
dll in soap\lib   also in the lib directory are the MS dlls that should
match
this version.  But I would first try using the COMProvider.dll without
copying
any of the MS dlls anywhere.  If that fails, make sure you have the lastest
fixpack applied.  If all this fails, if you can copy the MS dlls to
directory
where you start your webserver and then start it and try it out.
