Does it mean if I would like to use SOAP implementation by BEA Systems, I
have to buy an English version WebLogic or wait releasing a Japanese
version WebLogic 6.1 (and upgrade WebLogic as I've already had a Japanese
version WebLogic 5.1 server) ?
