I am 95% certain that somewhere else on your system there is
a jar file with an older XML parser. You may have xerces first on
your classpath BUT according to the Java rules, a jar file in
the standard extensions directory will be picked up first.
Read the findingclasses.html file in the tooldocs directory
of your SDK installation to find out more.
