Arvind,
we are
thinking about doing the same thing. I haven't actually written the
code
yet,
but it seems like what we need to do is to extend the class
BaseConfigManager
and
list this class in your soap.xml file.
Apache
SOAP has sample of classes that extend BaseConfigManager, such
as
XMLConfigManager and DefaultConfigManager. You might
want to look at those.
