Hi, What's the best way of sending binary attachments to a MS SOAP server from Apache client without base64 ( we have large attachments and base64 is inefficient). Apache has support for SOAP with attachments, but I don't see a mention of it on MS site and MS SOAP toolkit supports DIME, which Apache doesn't support.
