Phillip,   No matter what order I use I always get same error. java org.apache.soap.util.TcpTunnelGui 80 http://localhost 8080 java org.apache.soap.util.TcpTunnelGui 8080 http://localhost 80   If I shutdown tomcat it works. I have no idea what's going on.
