Weblogic 6.x has its own soap frame-work. You can use it without making any change. You can read more from the following link.
 
 
 
However, If you want to use Apache SOAP, then you have to configure the webloic to make it work.

as i know weblogic6.x supports soap .So do i need to put sopa related jar files there,
