Why is it that once a SOAP deployment descriptor (.ds) is loaded into the web environment, this is the only (.ds) available to all web apps? I have not been able to find a way to use different (.ds) files for different web apps. It seems to always be 1 to 1 with the web environment. I'm using IIS & Resin's Servlet Engine..
