Dear Scott
i have rechecked everthing about xerces.jar(previously ver 1.4.3 now
added 1.3.1) is fine ...i have again downloaded the xerces and put in the
c:\bea and set the classpath ..
Really gone mad about that pl. help me
pl. check the below steps.. am i following right steps for deployment .

Are you certain that c:\bea\xerces.jar is not Xerces 1.3.1? Are you
certain you do not have another XML parser in $JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/ext or
$JAVA_HOME/lib/ext?
