SOAP-ENV:Client; msg=no object DCH for MIME type

I have deployed soap.war with SunOne application server. I am getting following 
exception while running testit.sh script.

[SOAPException: faultCode=SOAP-ENV:Client; msg=no object DCH for MIME type 
multipart/related; 
        boundary="----=_Part_0_19627754.1068492535206"; 
targetException=javax.activation.UnsupportedDataTypeException: no object DCH for MIME 
type multipart/related; 
        boundary="----=_Part_0_19627754.1068492535206"]


There is a similar message in soap-user archieve, however the solution was not very 
clear.

any idea how to resolve this problem.
