I presume this means the boilerplate at the top of each source file needs updating? If so, is this something that some crew of hearty, non-committer volunteers could help you with? I'm thinking we could divvy up the source tree, each do a subset of the unimaginative-but-tedious edits, and create patches for Scott to commit.
