I'm not seeing any review for my earlier pull request[1], which allowed
messages containing header XML to be dispatched to service methods which
didn't define an input header class.

I have just pushed a couple more changes, which allow running all the
"unit" tests (those outside the 'interop' sub-package) easily via:

 $ python setup.py test

Any objection if I merge all three?
