Sorry, there was a mistake in the announcement. The correct URL for
the docs is here:

Good point; some cleanup is needed in the tags to make sure they
reflect reality. There was no 2.1 release.

That's a good suggestion; are there any naysayers?

No changes are planned for those earlier releases, as far as I know.
However, if anyone wishes to contribute to the earlier branches, we'll
be responsive about merging pull requests, etc.  We want to build a
community process and get more people involved.

Is 1.0 working for you in production? I haven't heard much feedback
about that release.
