Yes, there is.  There is an undocumented master, slave function found in the 
programmable mixes.  The function is FPRN.  it is found in some of the mixes 
as a master and some as a slave.  The offset can also be set.  

However from your description of what your trying to accomplish, I dont have 
enough information to set up a step by step approach.
