Just a quick note to the twenty some odd people who responded to my problem
with the vacuum pump reservoir. I found a 6 foot piece of 4 inch PVC pipe
which works great....also installed a check valve and created a pinhole leak
between the pump and the check valve. Now my pump starts everytime, even if
I am pulling 20 inches of vacuum.

Now if I can just shorten the learning curve....I will be all set.
