I have done business with them with their home security products. They were fairly efficient and professional. The stuff they sell for this purpose is cheap Chinese-made junk (almost), but it is also sold by Radio Shack and seems to work well, especially for the price. Their sister company monitored my house alarm and they were really on the ball. I wouldn't hesitate to do biz with them again. Maybe you are in their "computer system limbo"...
